Initial Contact
The process begins when you contact our office. This can happen by sending us an email or calling our office. During this initial contact, we will ask you general questions regarding your landscape needs and goals, the scope and extent of the landscape improvements you are considering and whether you have established a budget for the project. You are free to ask us whatever questions you may have. Following this conversation, we will each have a better idea about each other’s expectations and abilities. Our passion is to create outstanding landscapes and we have found that this only happens when both the client and our firm feel there is a good fit between them. We have found that a phone call is the most efficient method for making the initial contact. If you initiate the process by email, we will promptly call you to discuss your project. If we are each comfortable with one another and you desire to proceed, we will schedule a time for Gary to come to your home for a no-cost design consultation.
